97mm PIR splines provide a tight, insulated joint between SIP panels. They maintain thermal continuity and simplify on‑site assembly. Supplied as lengths to cut to size.

Our SIP panels are manufactured with Sterling OSB3 for proven structural performance and enhanced moisture resistance. Paired with IKO Enertherm (or equivalent premium PIR), they deliver excellent thermal performance thanks to low thermal conductivity (λ) and dual foil facers that act as a vapour control layer—removing the need for additional membranes. Each panel is bonded with a high-strength two-part PU adhesive and pressed at 120 tonnes to ensure uniform integrity.
