SIP Panel 122mm

Our 122mm SIP panels use a rigid PIR insulation core bonded between OSB facings for exceptional strength and thermal performance. Standard panel size is 1220 x 2440mm (4' x 8'), suitable for walls and roofs. Manufactured in the UK and supplied ready to fit.

Our SIP panels are manufactured with Sterling OSB3 for proven structural performance and enhanced moisture resistance. Paired with Celotex (or equivalent premium PIR), they deliver excellent thermal performance thanks to low thermal conductivity (λ) and dual foil facers that act as a vapour control layer—removing the need for additional membranes. Each panel is bonded with a high-strength two-part PU adhesive and pressed at 120 tonnes to ensure uniform integrity.
